And I am thankful for that. Last night, as I enjoyed a warm, gooey brownie with my family, I was like, “Oh, Monday is the start of a new week. I’ll get back on track.” You know what, no. Today’s a the start of a new day! Two days makes a difference. Even one meal a day of changing your diet and choosing healthy makes a difference. I had a good breakfast, looked at the leftover brownies, stared at them, but grabbed an apple. And walked away. I’m going full force back into eating healthy, working out, and feeling good. Because I deserve to feel good! We all do. And also what I DON’T deserve is to sit around feeling badly about myself and being negative. Because honestly, negative thoughts only lead to more binges and more negative things. Smile, today is a new day :)
